Today, with Bespoke Homes and Estates, I specialize in household management, staff training, and interim estate management. My work often involves serving as a provisional Chief/Director of Residence or Estate/Household Manager, with services uniquely designed to align with each Principal’s preferences and lifestyle. 

For new estates or those undergoing transitions, relocation, oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of household staff. Once operations are running seamlessly, I remain available to ensure long-term success through staff assessments, team building, and mentoring.

A lifelong learner and educator, I hold a degree with merit from The International Butler Academy (TIBA) in the Netherlands, where I completed a comprehensive program in service and estate management. Additionally, I am a  seasoned chef and certified Kitchen Gardener & Coach. Certified IIN Health Coach and hold a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition, including Natural Pet Care.
