Start by sending a quick message and introduction through my contact form. I’ll personally follow up with a warm, welcoming call (audio-video) to see how I can best support your wellness journey, with my personal, in-home chef service. Or my Health Coaching and Online Meal Plan Subscriptions (menu’s, recipes, shopping lists) where you and yours are the wellness dynamos in the kitchen.

2. You Talk, I Listen

You’ll receive a thoughtful food and lifestyle questionnaire. This helps me understand your unique needs, goals, and flavor vibes.

3. Complimentary Wellness Consultation

Next, we meet for a no-obligation in-person (or virtual) session to review your preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and wellness goals. You’ll get your first sample menu from where we use as an example to tailoring one exclusively for you — and clarity on how it all works.

4. Kitchen Flow Check

On an in-home consult: I’ll assess your kitchen setup to ensure a seamless in-home cooking experience — from appliances, tools to storage, and food storage containers.

5. Book Your First Cook Date

We align on your needs and schedule your first in-home chef experience.

6. Prep & Cook Day

On your scheduled day, I shop for the freshest seasonal ingredients, cook from scratch in your kitchen, package, and label everything with love and clear reheating instructions.

7. Spotless Kitchen. Heavenly Smells.

I leave your kitchen sparkling clean and filled with the aroma of home-cooked wellness.
